About Adam
Adam Sprackling, Director of Coaching
I have been a professional coach and trainer for over 15 years and love what I do.
Having studied Business and Psychology at Aston University, I finished in 1995 with an excellent degree, great memories and an early exposure to a variety of personal development tools. My insatiable curiosity led me to study many areas of personal change and I became a Master Practitioner and Trainer of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), Master Practitioner of Time Line Therapy and Master Hypnotherapist within a few years of graduating. My study of the spirit then included becoming a long term Student of Hawaiian Huna, Angel Intuitive and Reiki Practitioner.
Starting as a coach in the world of business, I worked as a change consultant in London for many years then specialised in communications and career development coaching and training.
Having achieved most of my goals earlier than expected, I became stuck – what now? As my reward, I went travelling around the world to see and experience the best the world had to offer. I did everything I could – from skydiving to bungy jumping, glaciers to sand dunes, scuba diving to cage diving with great whites, sailing around tropical islands to white water rafting down the Zambezi. Having lived so many dreams I came back to earth with a bump, resulting in real STUCKNESS and eventually went through a period what doctors would call depression. I was stuck both mentally and physically after a leg injury meant I couldn’t walk more than half a mile for almost a year and a half. Using the tools of NLP, Time Line Therapy and Hypnosis, I healed my injuries and resolved my own conflicts in order to move on to the next stage of life, with dramatic results.
I now run NLP certification trainings in London and Brighton and have been Director of my own NLP life coaching business for the last seven years. Having been a real example of how NLP changes lives, I set a goal to meet my soulmate. Two years later I got married to Catherine and am loving life more than ever, living in Hove, practicing tai chi and playing golf.
I thoroughly enjoy the deep and meaningful yet am also very down to earth. I am genuinely open and honest and I create a structured, safe, empowering experience for my clients. I love inspiring people to be who they really are, discover why they are here and then live it. I do this by applying these principles to my own life, which though not always easy, is always deeply rewarding.
